Berlin, February 29, 2024: EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG (ISIN DE0006611957, WKN 661195) has entered into a strategic partnership with the renowned aircraft manufacturer LIFT Air (Flight Design, HORTEN, Winglift), which is part of the LINDIG Group.
As part of the strategic partnership, EAMD has been granted a purchase option for 51% of LIFT Air GmbH, which is expected to be exercised within the next 6 months. To finance this transaction, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of EAMD have decided to issue a convertible bond with a volume of up to EUR 15 million with conversion rights into up to 500,000 new shares.
In addition to the existing development and production of drones for the civilian sector in the areas of logistics, security, and infrastructure, the new cooperation enables EAMD to offer manned and unmanned special aircraft from LIFT Air in the field of green aviation.
