Berlin, 22.12.2021 As of today, EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG is listed on the
general OTC market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. EAMD European AeroMarine Drones
AG is a provider of an innovative, sustainable aviation concept with the aim of replacing
conventional propulsion solutions in aircraft technology with hybrid technology at lower costs
and driving further developments such as diving aircraft.
